David is a culinary Professor at a local college and is a standing member of the CCFCC Ottawa chapter. He started in the restaurant industry over 17 years ago as a dishwasher and worked his way up through the ranks into every kitchen position he can imagine. Ottawa based, he loves this city and what the culinary scene has to offer and what it has offered him, by helping to create this site, it has been just one way of trying to connect others in bringing restaurants, kitchen labour and farmers together.

During his career as a senior project manager, Gregory has developed results oriented skills coupled with strong proven abilities in team and consensus building. Gregory utilizes a creative and flexible work style focusing on the clients needs including on-time, cost-conscious project management from conceptual design through production to final delivery.
